Documents required with Request letter
An application form accompanied with synopsis about the proposed project, Nature of the business, location feasibility report, required licenses, waste management plan, skilled and unskilled labour requirements, parking slot/size requirements, vehicular movement plan, expected working hours. Applications enclosed with all requisite documents will be screened by a team designated/ constituted for this purpose and clarification will be collected through questionnaires. Projects which are prima facie cleared will be called for one-to-one interactions.

- 19. Copy of Masked Aadar cards with virtual-id issued by Government of India
